Campaign: Helping people cope with grief

I am campaigning to help young people find ways of coping with grief. 

 

I lost my father when I was only 12-years-old and I didn't give myself enough time to grieve. 

 

When I was younger my family didn't talk about what happened so I made up scenarios in my head to help me deal with it. 

 

I hope this project will help others who have experienced loss or know someone who is going through something similar. 

 

It is important to talk about what happened and remember them.
